For our California residents, we offer two options: DHMO (CA) and Platinum PPO Plan. Our DHMO plan is very rich in benefits. For example, a root canal would cost only $75 and exams, x-rays and teeth cleanings are always FREE. For those of you who need braces, you know they can cost well over $5000. But with our DHMO plan, braces will only cost $1795. Two teeth cleanings a year would more than cover the cost of the entire plan. Members also have Cosmetic Benefits. That means the insurance will cover procedures such as veneers, elective crowns and teeth whitening! There is no annual limit.

For non-California members, we offer the Platinum PPO Plan. Our Platinum PPO Plan provides preventative services at 100%, basic benefits at 50% and major procedures at 30%. The plan has a $50 deductible and a $2000 annual limit. Best of all, you have the freedom to see any dentist you want or stay in-network to maximize benefits at more than 130,000 offices across the country.

All plans include Vision coverage at no additional cost.
